Co-chair of the Real Estate Practice Group of Spector Gadon & Rosen, Alan H. Wallen draws on his depth of experience in providing institutional and individual clients with counsel on a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial real estate issues, including real estate lending, sales, acquisition, construction, development, financing, leasing, securitizations and work-outs. Mr. Wallen's in-depth understanding of the real estate industry shapes solutions that minimize client risk and, in many cases, improves client profitability. Mr. Wallen has been admitted to the bars of Texas and Pennsylvania. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas (affiliated with Texas A&M University), where he was a member of the Order of the Lytae, a scholastic honor society. Mr. Wallen also received a B.A. from Lafayette College. He is a member of the Houston, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations and of the Texas State Bar Association Real Estate and Trust Law Section. Mr. Wallen is also a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
